Monday Math Class didaulat sebagai Most Promising Act di Junksounds Awards 2009. Band ini dibentuk tahun 2006 sama Ario (vokalis The Adams) plus Prisci dan disusul dengan anak-anak yang lain. “Basically, we're a pop band. Not exactly powerpop but not rock either. It's whatever you wanna call us” gitu kata Prisci soal musik dari Monday Math Class.

Monday Math Class.. (MMC) formed in late 2006 when Priscilla hooked up with Ario (you may know him from The Adams) to write some songs just for fun and put them up on MySpace. Turns out quite a few people liked what they heard and even invited us to play at their gigs. So to flesh out our live sound, Ghyan and Hasief joined for our first gig, and eventually Echang and Kiting came along to add some much needed musicianship to the mix.....”What do we sound like?”  They Said “Have you ever heard the sound of a basket of bunny rabbits getting massacred by machete? We haven't, but we've got a hunch that we sound much more pleasant than that.”. We're currently putting on the finishing touches of our debut EP
